The new house Casa Atlantica was finished in February 2012. It has two apartments and is situated opposite the house Casa Alcala.
Each of the apartments is around 55 square metres and disposes of a living room with fitted kitchen area and a bed chamber. Apart from that, a balcony commands impressive panoramic views to the bay of Alcala.

All apartments are furnished with a double bed in the bed chamber and a convertible sofa in the living room. Thus, each apartment is suitable for up to three adults and one small child. Upon request, a cot will be available free of charge.

All our apartments are equipped with a television with English Sky TV and internet access. Apart from that, all apartments are provided with a CD- and DVD-player, books and various games.

All our apartments are rented out with a sufficient amount of bed clothes and towels. Additionally, a bathrobe and two pairs of slippers are at your disposal. The kitchens are equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances such as a coffee maker, juice extractor, microwave, kettle, cooker, fridge and freezer.
