The Seagull on the Headland

The finca La Gaviota is located in Buen Paso, a district of Icod de los Vinos, in the North of Tenerife on a headland above ninety metres above the sea level.The property is surrounded by banana plantations and wine-growing areas.

The estate's extensive grounds amount to 5000 m². The premises consist of a main building with three apartments and five bungalows which are situated beneath the main house. Four of the bungalows are semi-detached; one is detached. The two newly-built semi-detached buildings are located on one side of the garden; the slightly older detached house is situated on the other side of the garden. Both sides are separated from each other by palms and ornamental bushes.
