Penthouse Apartment Casa Dolores in Icod de los Vinos

The luxury manor-house flat on the last floor of the main building of the Finca La Gaviota is named Casa Dolores. The living area of the flat amounts to approximately 250 square metres and comprises a large living room with a fitted kitchen, three bed chambers, a workroom, two big bathrooms (one is fitted with a shower, the other with a tub) and a sun terrace which is located directly in front of the living room. The terrace offers a view over the entire premises of the finca as well as over the sea and is fitted with a sun protection system.

The kitchen unit is equipped with a convection oven, a big refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee machine and a blender, i.e. with everything that is necessary to have a big barbecue day.
The apartment is suitable for up to six people.

The garden of the finca is endowed with a swimming pool as well as a whirlpool and a huge stone barbecue with a cosy sitting area in front of it. You are welcome to use it at any time!
