El Amparo / Icod de los Vinos

In El Amparo, a district of Icod de los Vinos, a mountain finca was completed and ready to be rented out by the end of October 2000. Due to its dreamlike view on the northern coast of Tenerife, the house was named Bella Vista (beautiful view).

The extensive premises consist of four properties. The main building is occupied by the owner, Gunther Kaufmann. The cottage Bella Vista Mar is situated on the eastern end of the premises and disposes of a large living room with a fire place and a bed chamber.
The house Bella Vista Terraza is distinctive for its large sun roof terrace. The living area of the house comes to fifty five m².
The house Bella Vista Panoramica is with its forty two m² the smallest, but definitely the cosiest one.

El Amparo is set in the green northwest of the island, at an altitude of 460 metres, between Puerto de la Cruz and Icod de los Vinos. The centre of Icod de los Vinos is only 1.5 kilometres far away.

The finca is equipped with internet access via WI-FI.
